Food is important in life. As well as nutrition, health and wellness, it brings a sense of family, closeness and shared experiences.

The ingredients used in any cooking should be treated with respect. Respect for those who’ve chosen them to be included in the meal, and respect for those who have produced the product. And respect for the time and energy that has gone into having the product finished to the high standard that it is. An abundance on a plate does not override a few ingredients well respected and well presented. Love and respect in the preparation can be tasted in the final plated meal! May the nutrition of real grass fed beef always be part of your and your family’s table! We hope that you’ll enjoy some of the recipes included here, and share some photos of your own grass fed beef creations with us too!

The BEST Steak

The Best Steak is a very subjective statement as everyone will like something different, and then there’s how you want it cooked. Whether it’s a piece of fresh rump thrown on the hot plate and cooked till the juices tantalise your taste buds, topped with just a little salt and pepper, and every mouthful savoured, or a quick steak sandwich, it’s important to enjoy it! There’s so many options to choose from; whether it’s rump, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Eye Fillet, Topside, Round, Rib Fillet, Chuck Steak, Y-Bone steak, or Oyster Blade steak, or Rib on the Bone, they need to be cooked how you like it, and then you’ll be enjoying your Best Steak. Treat the steak fine, and let it shine on your plate as the star it is!!
