Ordering

What do our orders look like?

Sausages are available as thick or thin or some of both. Our sausages are prepared using Maize meal.

Offal is available on request and can include: kidneys, Liver, Heart, Oxtail, Skirt Steak, Tongue. Supply is limited.

Bones are available on request with beef orders and can be used for stocks/soups, bone broths, or pet use. Supply is limited.

Our meat comes cryovacced except for sausages, and is labelled for ease of use. All meat is delivered to your door in sealed boxes.

Our portion sizes are determined by our customers on request.

Our packaging is external cardboard boxes, with each portion of beef packaged inside ready to be unpacked by you straight into your freezer. The only exception is the corned beef/silverside which you will need to place in your fridge for 3 days from the date of delivery to ensure that the corning process is not interrupted by the sudden change in temperature.

Will you deliver to Me?

We deliver to our customers who live within 300km from the South Burnett. Our delivery is included in prices.

We prefer to deliver to our customer’s door, or by prior arrangement can deliver to their work address. Once a customer takes delivery of their beef order, they are responsible for ensuring safe storage in fridge/freezer until ready to use. It is preferred that customers be at home at time of delivery.

We deliver to the delivery address in a food accreditated refrigerated trailer kept cold, and fresh, but not frozen.

Customers should consider what size storage options they have available to them before ordering their beef order.

How many people are in your family for serving purposes (eg to guide roast size/mince pack size, steak portions per pack)

Your preference for meat cuts and how you want them prepared.

Payment

Our beef orders need to be locked in ahead of time, and once locked in we then arrange processing to ensure that the beef is ready for delivery.

The bank account details will be supplied 2 days prior to delivery once the boned out meat weight is known. You only pay for this weight, so it’s not possible to have payment occur before this time.

Payment is by direct deposit 2 days before delivery. Once you’ve made this transfer to our account, a copy of the transfer receipt is required please.

  • Bolar Blade - Choose 1 x preparation option: Roast or Steak
  • Y-bone - Choose 1 x preparation option: Steak on bone or Oyster Blade Off bone
